Greg Kreger has more than 25 years of experience working in the training field at The Boeing Company, where he currently creates learning solutions as a Strategic Business Partner. Among other responsibilities, Greg works within the Learning, Training and Development team, guiding them in their implementation of a balanced scorecard strategy approach.
Greg has been certified as a practitioner and trainer in many aspects of the ISD process. He was first introduced to the Kirkpatrick Model in 1993 and has applied the model in more than 20 different large-scale projects. Greg left the training field in 2003 and started a consulting company that helped small businesses increase both effectiveness and efficiency by applying lean manufacturing approaches.
In 2009, Greg returned to The Boeing Company to help create a training system, which led him back to the Kirkpatrick Model. Greg now advises clients on assessing the effectiveness of their training evaluation processes and tools.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Theology degree, as well as a number of certifications, including Adult Education from South Seattle University, Industrial Skills Education from Renton Technical College, and Instructional Systems Design and Curriculum Development from Harless Performance Guild and Mager and Associates.
