Dotty Posto is an organizational development consultant with over 20 years experience in Leadership & Team development, Communications, Training, Coaching, Change Management and Facilitation.
Dotty has held consulting and management positions in Organizational Development and Change Management in service, consulting, CPG and manufacturing organizations, including The Chicago Tribune, Hewitt Associates, Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Walgreens, MillerCoors and GE Waukesha Gas Engines.
She leverages her high energy and creativity to lead and coach teams through interactive programs tha build trust, accountability and improve performance. Dotty’s energetic style has been referred to as a ‘force multiplier’ – lifting and accelerating individul and team performance.
