Roger Solomon, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist and Clinical Director of the On Site Academy, Amherst, New York. He has extensive experience working with emergency services personnel involved in traumatic incidents and has consulted nationally with law enforcement agencies on police stress and PTSD. Dr. Solomon is a senior Part I and II instructor for the EMDR Institute.
