Guion VanRensselaer is the Organizational Improvement Specialist for the City of Madison. His work focuses on leadership development, performance measurement, and citizen research. A graduate of UW-Madison with a background in adult education, he helped develop Madison's Framework for Excellence (a system for review and improvement of organizational performance). Recently, he led a project to identify strategic goals for the City of Madison and link them with success indicators.
