Assistant Professor Douglas Ihrke is the Director of UWM's Master of Public Administration program. He has co-authored articles in Public Personnel Management, Public Performance and Management Review and Public Administration Quarterly. He is Vice President of the Milwaukee Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration. Before his academic career, he worked as a public manager at the municipal level in Michigan.
