Charles “Chuck” Hays has 25 years of experience in coaching individuals and couples in transition, most recently, as vice president of Career Management Services for Right Management Consultants, the world’s premier career transition firm. He has counseled executive, managerial and professional level individuals in the areas of re-employment and entrepreneurship.

A Certified Retirement Planning Specialist, Chuck is the founder and principal of Retirement Directions, LLC, a Milwaukee-based organization dedicated to coaching couples and individuals in lifestyle planning around life balancing, pre-retirement and retirement.

Additionally, Chuck was instrumental in establishing the UWM School of Continuing Education, Career Transition Center (CTC), and has taught courses at the School in lifestyle retirement planning, consulting as a career option and age issues in job search. He serves on the CTC advisory board.

Chuck’s credentials include extensive experience in human resources and operation in manufacturing and service environments. He has served as a commissioned officer in the USAF (OSI) and is currently a certified arbitrator with the Better Business Bureau and the Financial Industries Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He serves as a volunteer for SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives).
