Richard Neff (rickneff@aol.com) has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Virginia Military Institute. He is also certified by Microsoft as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer + Internet (MCSE+I) and is MCSE certified with the NT 3.5x, NT 4.0, Windows 2000 and 2003 tracks.
