  Richard Neff  

Richard Neff (rickneff@aol.com) has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Virginia Military Institute. He is also certified by Microsoft as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer + Internet (MCSE+I) and is MCSE certified with the NT 3.5x, NT 4.0, Windows 2000 and 2003 tracks. He has contributed chapters to the following books:

- Windows NT 4.0 Installation and Configuration Handbook, Que Publishing, 1996.
- Windows NT 4.0 Advanced Technical Reference, Que Publishing, 1996.
- BackOffice Unleashed 2.0 1st & 2nd Editions, Sam's Publishing, 1996.

Neff was the Technical Editor of the following book:
IIS 5 On Site, Corolis, 2001.

He ran his own successful computer consulting business in Virginia before moving to Milwaukee, WI. Before teaching at ITT Technical Institute, he was Director of IT at Electronic Printing Systems/OpenFirst, Inc. in Milwaukee.
