  James R. Halladay  

James R. Halladay has over 30 years in the rubber industry, most of it associated with bonded rubber parts. He is a Technology Fellow for Lord Corporation and has experience in formulating both organic elastomers and silicone for dynamic applications. Jim is the author of numerous publications on dynamic properties of rubber, shock and vibration control and rubber processing. He is listed in Marquis "Who's Who in Science and Engineering" and is a member of the Rubber Division of the American Chemical Society. He received his B.S. degree in physics from the University of Kentucky and has been awarded 15 US patents in the field of elastomers, adhesives and coatings.
