Jon's expertise brings human resources and marketing communications strategies together.

Included in his more than 15 years of human resources experience in health care and education are nine years as a senior human resources executive with Kohl's Corporation (Kohl's Department Stores). While at Kohl's, he led organization wide learning and development/organizational development initiatives for over 105,000 employees.

His experience and leadership in facilitation, organizational change, talent management and leadership development has led to great successes in employer revenue and employee satisfaction.

Jon is an adjunct faculty member of both the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Alverno College where he instructs undergrad and graduate-level human resources development curriculum. He is active in numerous professional organizations including Society for Human Resource Management and American Society for Training and Development. Jon is a graduate of Florida State University and holds a master of arts degree from Alverno College.
