Michelle Primus is a leadership and organizational development practices expert with extensive knowledge in aligning culture and strategies for ultimate effectiveness. Having held positions in sales, learning and development, human resources and organizational development, Michelle has rich business experiences to draw from. Michelle earned her degree in Liberal Studies, with concentrations in communications and psychology from the College of St. Benedict in Minnesota. She is a registered corporate coach, an adjunct instructor at SCE, and she holds several additional certifications in facilitation, sales negotiations, leadership development and as a Franklin Covey facilitator.
