Paul Pejsa has over 25 years of experience in research, engineering, manufacturing, service and process improvement. At Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, Paul led DOD and NASA funded research in high temperature super alloys. Within GE's Transportation and Healthcare businesses, he has held the positions of R&D engineer, project manager, manufacturing team leader, Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt, and service Lean leader. He also served as Director, Lean Strategy Deployment, for GE Healthcare's supply chain, with responsibilities across 70 manufacturing sites. Paul is currently the Executive Director, Continuous Improvement, for the BloodCenter of Wisconsin, responsible for the Lean transformation of a diverse, 900 employee, $150M healthcare organization with activities spanning basic research to direct delivery of care, all focused on blood-related discovery, diagnosis, treatment and cures. Paul is also an active volunteer. He founded and led GE's largest one-day volunteer event, and also volunteers his time with pediatric obesity and holiday giving programs at hospitals in Wisconsin.
