Nadya Fouad has consulted with organizations on career advancement for women, ethnic minorities and other underrepresented groups. She has conducted research in the field of engineering, often considered as unfriendly to women. Nadya is a Distinguished Professor with the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a licensed psychologist.
