  Scholarships  
Scholarship applications will be accepted beginning Jan. 1 of each year. CFK/CFT offers two types of scholarships:

Department of Public Instruction (DPI) - Do not fax this form in, we need the original form.
DPI Information Form
DPI Application

Requirements: child must be entering sixth grade or above in the fall, must have a 2.5 GPA or greater, and must be eligible for free or reduced school lunch program.
The application form must be certified by your school counselor/principal. In addition, a transcript of the child's grades is necessary.

Needs-Based (Please use this form only if the child is going to be in 5th grade or below next fall.)
Needs-Based Application

Requirements: children must qualify for free or reduced school lunch program.
The application form must be completed and signed by your school principal.
Students are responsible for paying $15 of the course fee.
This scholarship is good toward classes with fees of $169 or less. You will need to make up the difference for anything more than $169.

Your packet will not be complete until all forms are filled out correctly and all documents are sent in. Please do not fax in DPI applications. We need the original paperwork.

There is limited funding, so get your scholarship packet sent in early. Needs-based scholarship recipients will be notified the first week of May. Others will be notified as soon as we are able to review them. Only selected recipients will be notified by phone or by mail.
