Participating in Osher programs and activities is an excellent way to get involved and make new friends. Members can choose from a variety of offerings.

Short courses are two-six week sessions covering changing topics in the arts, literature, ethics, law, politics, religion and history. The Go Explore excursions are part of our Short Course program and are one time, docent-led outings to places of interest in the Milwaukee area such as museums, theaters and planetariums.

Special Interest Groups meet regularly for study and discussion. They are offered in such fields as languages (French, German, Italian and Spanish, history, ecology, reading books, and reading mysteries.

Members incur a nominal fee for each course or interest group in which they enroll.

Several Social Activities connect you with other members, including the spring luncheon, summer picnic, fall reception and December holiday party.

As a member, you can also attend Special Events throughout the year. Join these one time learning adventures in the form of lectures, author readings, forums, and more.
