HR encompasses everything from tactical activities, like FMLA and workers compensation, to big picture issues including recruitment, retention and succession planning. These courses focus on both ends of the HR spectrum to help optimize your workforce. Our classes have been submitted to HRCI for credit and we are currently waiting approval.
