	Visionary leadership and a collaborative disposition are needed to confront and overcome the challenges facing the early care and education profession today. This comprehensive leadership series consists of four three-credit courses that are offered consecutively at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Discover your leadership potential today. Who Should Attend: Ideal for anyone who wants to lead, those who have completed the six-course child care administrator credential series or any early childhood professional looking to take their leadership to the next level
More ▼ Our Early Childhood Leadership program is a sustained and intentional effort to grow leaders, build leadership capacity and encourage networking, collaboration and engagement among leaders. The outcome is an empowered group of early childhood leaders who make a lasting difference for children, parents, families and early childhood programs in the greater Milwaukee area and across Wisconsin. This four-course series is a companion to the six Administrator Credential courses. While the first six courses were essentially about management, these courses are about leadership.
