You’ve heard it time and time again – good communication is crucial to successful relationships. And it’s especially important at work. An open–door policy keeps communication flowing, makes employees feel comfortable and improves team morale. Of course there are situations that call for privacy, but keep the overall lines of communication open and inviting.
- Understand work styles
Each team member possesses a set of strengths and weaknesses. Understanding the different personalities helps identify how each individual works best individually and together. Consider taking personality test such as the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator.
- Attitude adjustments
