"Dr.V's" passion is people development. He believes in the possibility that anyone at any stage in life or a career can achieve a breakthrough. It takes an intense focus on the journey of self development and reaching for those opportunities when they "magically" or "luckily" appear. The "luck" happens by focusing intensely on the journey while seeking the right skills and connections.
