Ken Woodall is a Transportation Outreach Specialist at the Center for Transportation Education and Development (CTED). Before arriving at CTED, Woodall worked three years (January 2003-February 2006) at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) in the Division of Transportation Investment Management, Public Transit Section. He was the WisDOT program manager for the Wisconsin Employment Transportation Assistance Program (WETAP), which involved providing funds for transportation projects that assist low income employees to work. He was also the program manager of Reverse Commute Federal funds, which involved providing funds for transportation projects that assist employees from urban area to suburban employment sites.

At CTED, Woodall is involved with program management of various transportation courses, as well as assistance in instructing the Introduction to Public Transit course. He is also involved with marketing CTED's educational services, directing all CTED affairs, and conducting research and/or arranging conferences/seminars for transportation issues, whether local, state, or nationwide.
