| Jan Allen is the Director of Business & Management programs at the School of Continuing Education, University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Jan relocated to Wisconsin from Virginia in the summer of 2007. Previously, she served as the Director of the Center for Corporate Education at the School of Business, Virginia Commonwealth University. Jan's professional experience includes serving as the head of training for a major law firm and starting her own business. Jan has over 25 years of experience in management development. Her clients include Philip Morris, Capital One, Hall Auto, the University of Richmond, and Henrico County. Jan is SPHR certified. She has successfully completed the MBTI Qualifying Workshop. She is certified to deliver the Ken Blanchard Co. seminar, Raving Fans. Jan is currently delivering programs on delegation, time management, respectful workplace, and meeting management.
