Pam is the program manager in the Business and Technology Department where she manages Web Design and Development, Social Media, Computer Applications and the upcoming Digital Marketing programs. Her business and education background spans more than 25 years. She has served in many different capacities throughout her career including director of communications for an IT consulting firm and as a business instructor in post-secondary education for the past eight years. Her experience also includes the nonprofit sector where she coordinated the summer reading programs for the Milwaukee Public Library.

Pam has an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.
