AFAS-100: Leadership Laboratory (0 units; U )

Provides prospective Air Force officers opportunities and feedback needed to develop followership, leadership, teamwork and managerial skills.

Notes:
Students who enroll in any AFAS course must also enroll in Leadership Laboratory. Prereq: none.

AFAS-101: Foundations of the United States Air Force 1 (1 units; U )

Introduction to communication skills and the US Air Force. Overview of the basic characteristics, missions, and organization.

Air Force heritage and leaders; introduction to air and space power; and continued application of communication skills.

AFAS-301: Air Force Leadership Studies 1 (3 units; U )

Leadership and quality management fundamentals, professional knowledge, leadership ethics, and communicative skills required of an Air Force officer. Case studies are used as a means of demonstrating and exercising practical application of the concepts being studied.

Students must concurrently enroll in AFAS 100. Prereq: none.
