achievements in their individual areas. Up to three awards may
be given each year.
Distinguished
Achievement Award: Given for the highest percentage
increase in employee participation Exceptional
Involvement Award: Given to units with at least 90 percent
(90%) participation Outstanding
Performance Award: Given for the greatest increase in
average gift per donor
