Academic Staff Codification Committee The Codification Committee reviews and makes recommendations to the Academic Staff Committee and the Senate concerning all proposed additions and changes in existing academic staff personnel policies and procedures, committee bylaws and operating rules in order to assure clarity and consistency of language. The committee is composed of six academic staff members, three elected and three appointed by the Academic Staff Committee, and the Secretary of the University, who serves as its secretary. At least two members must be former members of the Academic Staff Committee.
