Ceremony is for all Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral Candidates
(The ceremony is approximately 2 hours long)

Attire:

Student Seating:

A floor diagram of the line-up areas and where graduates are seated by school/college,will be available the first week of December.

Guest Seating:

Arena doors open at 1:00pm. Tickets are not required for students or guests, and there is no limit to the number of guests who may attend. Seating is available on a first come first serve basis.

Special Accommodations:

The handicapped entrance to the Arena is located at 500 W. Kilbourn Ave (between the Milwaukee Theatre & the U.S. Cellular). Sections 200, 205, 210, 222 and 226 have been designated for wheelchair seating. Accessible seating is available on a first come first serve basis; due to limited space, we request that only one nondisabled person sit with each person with a disability in the seating area designated for these guests.

There will be sign language interpreters available in section 211. This seating is available on a first come first serve basis. There will also be captioning available on two large screens located on the left and right sides of the main stage.

Photographs and DVD's:

Professional photographers will take individual photographs of graduates as they approach the stage and while they receive their diploma folders. For ordering information after the ceremony please contact Central Valley Photography at (877)446-2196.

DVDs' of the December 16, 2012 Fall Commencement ceremony will be available the first week of January 2013. You may place your order online using the DVD order form.

Hotel rooms located close to the U.S. Cellular Arena have been reserved at special discounted rates. Please Note: December 2012 room rates will be posted in August of 2012.

A faculty regalia online order form will be posted as soon as it becomes available.
