Student Seating:
A floor diagram of the line-up areas and where graduates are seated by school/college,
will be available here after 12/7/09.
Guest Seating:
Arena doors open at 1:00pm. Tickets are not required for students or guests, and there is no limit to the
number of guests who may attend. Seating is available on a first come first serve basis.
Special Accommodations:
The handicapped entrance to the Arena is located at 500 W. Kilbourn Ave (between the Milwaukee Theatre &
the U.S. Cellular). Sections 200, 205, 210, 222 and 226 have been designated for wheelchair seating. Accessible
seating is available on a first come first serve basis; due to limited space, we request that only one nondisabled
person sit with each person with a disability in the seating area designated for these guests.
There will be sign language interpreters available in section 211. This seating is available on a first come first
serve basis. There will also be captioning available on two large screens located on the left and right sides of the
main stage.
Photographs:
Professional photographers will take individual photographs of graduates as they approach the stage and while
they receive their diploma folders. For ordering information after the ceremony please contact Central Valley
