7. Meeting with the Vice Chancellor.
    The CPC and EMPC traditionally met with the VC in October.
    Questions were sent to the VC in advance.  When should the
    ITPC schedule such a meeting?

8. Committee Representatives
    The CPC and EMPC traditionally had representatives on a number of 
    campus committees and other groups.  The exact list varied from year 
    to year.  Last year, the committees had representatives on:
     LTTR [Technology Round Table] (both CPC & EMPC)
     Advisory Committee on Educational Technology [Student Fees] (both CPC & EMPC)
     Internet 2 Steering Committee (CPC)
     OASIS Steering Committee (CPC)
     Physical Environment Committee (EMPC)
     Technology Assessment Committee (both CPC & EMPC)

9. Presentation on the Technology Assessment conducted last year. 
   (Joe Douglas, Leslie Schulz, Jon Welstead, Allen Bell)

10. Other Business, including plans for year, issues for consideration.
