One correction has been submitted:
Under Question II(c) on plans to move to a new email system, the sentence:
  Formally, I&MT will make the final decision, but not without a careful
  analysis of the pluses and minuses in concert with the four committees
should be replaced by:
  The Council on IT will make the final decision after a careful
  analysis of the pluses and minuses by the UTRs and I&MT and after
  consulting the other committees.

3. Presentation on the status of the OASIS project
(Peoplesoft/information systems) by project head Bruce Maas.

4. Discussion regarding the meeting with Ed Meachen, director of the
UW System Office of Learning & Information Technology, to take place on
Monday, February 18 at 2:30 p.m.

5. Preliminary discussion of plans to re-structure the CIO office,
in line with the IT Review of last year.

6. Information on the new CIO website.

7. Discussion: Should the ITPC recommend the implementation of the
FAST system for online course assessment?

8. Discussion: Should the ITPC recommend that the Provost
allocate budget monies received for online/distance learning
to upgrade the modem pool from 28.8 Kbps to 56.2 Kbps performance?
