7. Meeting with the Vice Chancellor.
    The CPC and EMPC traditionally met with the VC at the
    second committee meeting, in October.  The ITPC met with the
    VC at its second meeting last year.
    Questions have been sent to the VC roughly 2 weeks in advance.

8. Committee Representatives
    The CPC and EMPC traditionally had representatives on a number
    of campus committees and other groups.  The exact list varied
    from year to year.  Last year, the ITPC had representatives on:
     LTTR [Technology Round Table]
     Advisory Committee on Educational Technology [Student Fees]
     OASIS Steering Committee
     Physical Environment Committee
    This year we may want to add a representative on the PantherPrint
    committee and perhaps other committees.  We should identify any
    committee members who also serve as Unit Technology Representatives
    (UTRs).

9. Plans for the year, issues for consideration.
    Some items considered or suggested last year:
    (a) The new IT committee structure
    (b) OASIS project
    (c) Pantherprint
    (d) Online course assessment
    (e) Our involvement in strategic and fiscal planning
    (f) Review of UWM technology budget
    (g) Contacts with departmental/unit IT committees
