1. Approval of the Minutes of Meeting #5 (February 7, 2003) and
   Meeting #6 (February 28, 2003).

2. Announcements.

3. Discussion of ITPC Policies & Procedures, specifically
   (a) Should the chairperson be elected in the Spring?
   (b) Should there be a pre-determined meeting time, or barring
       that, should meetings for the year be scheduled as soon as
       possible, perhaps before the start of the academic year?
   (c) Which representatives to other committees should be faculty?
       The nomination forms for the EdTech fee committee request
       that faculty be nominated, whereas our current representatives
       are two members of the Academic Staff.
   (d) Other policies and procedures

4. PantherID policy (the latest version was emailed to the committee
   by Allen Bell, from David Stack)

5. Report on the February Council on IT meeting and discussion of
   IT project reports (the latter were emailed to the committee by
   David Stack)
   [This item is intended to allow questions and discussion on
   any points members desire; it is not intended as a point-by-point
   overview of the reports.]

6. Current status of IT budget cut process.
   Chair's suggestion: a subcommittee be formed to enable quick
   response to events
