3. Report on the laptop computer program for students in the
   School of Architecture and Urban Planning (SARUP).

   May be followed by a discussion of a future PDA program for
   all UWM students

4. Discussion of ITPC Policies & Procedures and Allen Bell's
   meeting with the Secretary of the University.
   Two action items:
   (a) Should the chairperson be elected in the Spring?
   (b) Should there be a pre-determined meeting time for the ITPC?

5. Report on the April 4 Council on IT meeting.

6. Current status of IT budget cut process.

7. Other Business.
