Introduction of Members. 2. Announcements. 3. Committee Background. 4. Election of Officers. 5. Procedures: quorum, minutes, ITPC web site, etc. 6. Meeting Dates and Times. 7. Meeting with the Vice Chancellor. The CPC and EMPC traditionally met with the VC at the second committee meeting, in October. The ITPC met with the VC at its second meeting last year, and continued the discssion at its third meeting. Questions have been sent to the VC roughly 2 weeks in advance. 8. Committee Representatives The CPC and EMPC traditionally had representatives on a number of campus committees and other groups. The exact list varied from year to year. Last year, the ITPC had representatives on: Advisory Committee on Educational Technology [Student Fees] PantherPrint Committee (an ad hoc committee) Unit Technology Representative (UTR) Council Council On Information Technology (CIT) - the ITPC chair serves Web Steering Committee (only during Summer 2003) This year we need to replace one member on the Student Tech Fee Committee and we may want to add a representative to the UWM Portal Project and perhaps other committees. We should identify any committee members who also serve as Unit Technology Representatives (UTRs). 9. Report from Joe Douglas & others on IT developments over the summer and issues we are likely to face this year. 10. Plans for the year, issues for consideration. Last year's ITPC charged us with considering two procedural issues: should the ITPC have a fixed meeting time and should the chair be elected in the Spring (for the following year)? We expect to hear more about core IT services and their delivery. There will be plenty of other issues - please bring them to our attention. 11.
