Green Building: Improving environmental, economic and health impacts of the built environment through education and technical assistance using the LEED Green Building Rating System and component approaches. Assistance with design charrettes, project scoring, deconstruction and construction materials reuse and recycling planning, green products procurement and integrated energy opportunities

Energy Conservation and Renewable Energy: Reducing energy use through education, and integrated energy systems planning and by bringing in on-site facilitation resources and incentives through partnership programs

Facilitating design and installation of renewable energy systems in Wisconsin businesses, nonprofit, government and residential sectors through education, and coordination with technical and financial incentives of Focus on Energy

Sustainable Cities (ecomunicipalities): Improving communities by strategic planning with local government, businesses and residents toward a common desired future; education and programming that promotes environmental policies and initiatives that are good for the bottom line and community well-being
