Thomas Joynt earned his Ph.D. in Educational Administration from the UW–Madison. He taught American History in the Janesville School District, and as part of his 17 year career as a district administrator in WI, he served as superintendent in Pulaski, Menomonee Falls, and Green Bay. He joined the UWM faculty in 2001. |
