Post Baccalaureate Teacher Certification Program Application
GPA RequirementYou must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 on all coursework completed for undergraduate credit. In addition, a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75 is required in your mathematics courses.
Praxis I RequirementYou must pass all three sections of the Praxis I with minimum scores of 175 on the Reading portion, 174 on the Writing portion, and 173 on the Math portion prior to application to the program. We strongly recommend visiting Educational Testing Service Web site for more information about how to register for the test. It could take up to six weeks to receive your scores. Your official score sheet must be submitted with your application.

Application Deadlines
A new cohort begins each year, approximately June 1. Applications are accepted during the months of September and January. However, if space permits, applications will be accepted after the January application period but no later than May 1. Contact advising to determine if space is still available.
