Thinking of transferring to UWM?

  • You will need to fill out a "Graduate Transfer Credit Evaluation" form (available upon request from the UWM Graduate School).

  • Your completed credit evaluation form and transcripts from non-UWM colleges or universities must be returned to the Graduate School for evaluation.

  • The Graduate School will evaluate the requested work and afterwards send a copy of the form with all supporting transcripts to our department for review of eligible credits toward meeting our Master's Degree program requirements.
