Floyd D. Beachum Assistant Professor
Department of Administrative Leadership

Floyd D. Beachum teaches courses in Organizational Change and Team Leadership, Leadership in Educational Organizations, Leadership in Multicultural Organizations, and Urban Educational Issues. His research interests include: leadership in urban education, moral and ethical leadership, and social justice in education. He is the co-author of the edited book, Urban Education for the 21st Century: Research, Issues, and Perspectives with Festus E. Obiakor. Dr. Beachum earned his master's degree in social sciences from Alabama State University. He received his Ed.D. degree in Leadership Studies with an emphasis in Educational Administration at Bowling Green University, Bowling Green, Ohio.
