Sandra Pucci Associate Professor
Department of Curriculum and Instruction
Sandra Pucci directs and teaches courses in the bilingual education program. Her research focuses on primary language literacy maintenance and development in in-migrant contexts, as well as predicting second language reading success. Pucci serves as faculty liaison to a local high school as part of the UWM Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) School Partnership Project, and she has consulted with school districts nationally and internationally. She earned her M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Southern California.
