This office provides the following services:
- Reviews and endorses initial educator license applications for certification
- Assists teachers holding provisional licenses who need to meet Wisconsin licensing requirements
- Issues Department of Public Instruction (DPI) Verification of Program Completion certificates for candidates completing a certification program
- Reviews and endorses out-of-state license applications
