Joe Smith has worked for UW-Milwaukee since March 2000, serving various IT business and support roles for University Information Technology Services (UITS) from computer hardware purchasing and desktop support to his current role as Software Asset Manager. He is responsible for managing campus software licenses which has resulted in substantial savings to the University and the best possible pricing for UWM departments. Joe has a B.A. in Comparative Literature (1993) and a M.A. in English Literary Studies (1996) from UWM. He is a Certified Software Manager, Advanced Software Manager, writer, reader, husband, and father of a son and three daughters.

Peter Robinson is a business process analyst. He is responsible for planning, testing and documenting and the automation of business systems, software updates, upgrades to license servers and the maintenance, updates and upgrades for the UWM TechMall. He also serves on the UITS Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) committee as a project manager. Peter holds a B.S. in information studies, Six-Sigma certifications in Office Automation and Foundations, as well certification in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
