Lab Software Request

Software requests for installation in mediated classrooms and Campus Computer Labs can be submitted at any time. Please note that it may take up to 30 or more business days to install any requested software in mediated classrooms and/or Campus Computer Labs. This is to allow time for licensing approval, testing, packaging, and distribution of the software. Additionally the current workload, difficulty of the install, and compatibility with currently running software impacts the time it takes to complete an install request. No software deployments will be made during UITS Tech Timeout periods in order to maintain general access to mediated classrooms and Campus Computer Labs during the beginning and end of semesters.

We will make every effort to install software in the Campus Computer Labs and Classrooms. However, in order to maintain a high level of stability UITS reserves the right to refuse software install requests.
