All eligible graduates and spring semester scholarship recipients are invited! We will be honoring our graduates, scholarship recipients and our Beta Phi Mu members.

Travel Reimbursement for Students (over 50 miles away)

  • 2 nights lodging: Maximum $80 per night
  • Airfare: Maximum $500 domestic/$1000 international (Limit of ONE airline ticket)

To take advantage of this offer, you must be a SOIS student attending the Spring 2013 Recognition Ceremony. You must let us know that you are asking for reimbursement by April 30th 2013. All forms and receipts must be postmarked or scanned and emailed by June 10th 2013.

All receipts and forms can be scanned and emailed with the subject Spring 2013 Recognition Ceremony Reimbursement to Laura Meyer at Lauram@uwm.edu or fax to 414-229-6699 attn: Laura Meyer. Students will also receive a pre-paid envelope for documents the day of the Recognition Ceremony. Reimbursement will be issued 4-6 weeks after all required documentation is received. From the South:
Take 94 West / 43 North towards downtown Milwaukee, In downtown, follow the center land marked 43 - North/Green Bay. Follow 43 - North to the McKinley / Fond Du Lac Avenue. Go east on McKinley to 6th St. Turn right on 6th St. Go 4 blocks to Kilbourn Avenue. Turn left on Kilbourn. The Hyatt will be on your right at 4th and Kilbourn.

From the North:
Take 43 - South into Milwaukee. Exit at McKinley / Fond Du Lac Avenue. Take McKinley east to 6th St. Turn right on 6th St. Follow 6th St. to Kilbourn Avenue. Turn left on Kilbourn. The Hyatt will be on your right at 4th and Kilbourn.

From the West:
Take 94 East into downtown Milwaukee. In downtown, take the exit ramp for 43 North. From 43 - North exit at McKinley / Fond Du Lac Avenue. Take McKinley east to 6th St. Turn right on 6th St. Follow 6th St. to Kilbourn Avenue. Turn left on Kilbourn. The Hyatt will be on your right at 4th and Kilbourn.
