Bio

Molly Susan Mathias is currently the Learning Commons Coordinator at the Daniel M. Soref Learning Commons at the UWM Libraries. She serves as a subject liaison to the Communications Department, Journalism, English Department and Foreign Languages and Linguistics. She has worked as an academic librarian and a School of Information Sciences adjunct instructor for over 10 years. She has delivered numerous presentations at national and statewide library conferences, and is often called to speak about learning commons, library reference services and information literacy. Her research interests include information literacy, library service philosophy, marketing information services, digital divide ethics (United States) and the literary cannon.
