Travel Funding

Criteria

These awards are intended to financially assist BSIST and MLIS students to do one or more of the following:

1. Present poster/paper submissions accepted for presentation at conferences/ meetings of accredited, nationally recognized professional or academic organization.
2. Attend a SOIS approved professional conference.

Award criteria include the following considerations:

1. Applicant must be a currently enrolled student in good academic standing.
2. Paper/poster submission must be accepted by a accredited, nationally recognized professional or academic organization
3. Any other situation/circumstance not indicated in this document will be evaluated and processed on a case-by-case basis

Details & Applications

Both SOIS and Graduate application must be completed. Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application within 10 working days of submission.
