Overall Goals

  • Paraprofessional staff will log at least one contact per month for each assigned students
  • Outreach will be as student specific as possible with a preference for personalized emails
  • Professional staff will monitor the performance and outreach of their assigned paraprofessional staff
  • Referrals should be responded to within 1 week
  • Paraprofessional staff will focus on non-respondents of all risk indicators to provide an accurate picture of student transition
  • MAP-Works Graduate Assistants will enter student tasks (i.e. October, meet with Academic Advisor, etc.)
  • 50% of students will have viewed their personalized report by December 2013
  • Active and passive programming will be offered using a data driven approach
