- If you are a UWM Student* with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or greater, then this program is for you!

What is Stepping Forward?
Stepping forward is an 8-week program that includes nutrition and healthy behavior discussions, a low-impact fitness class and a support group.

When and where?
September 30 - November 22, 2013
Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
*Mondays and Fridays are a low impact fitness class and Tuesdays are informational/discussion groups. You do not need to be available to attend every weekly class to be a part of this program.
How much will it cost me?
$25 for the 8-week program.
How Do I Register?
Registration is now closed for the Fall semester. Please check back in Spring and visit the University Recreation website for more fitness opportunities.
