Step Forward to a Healthier You!

  • If you are a UWM Student* with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or greater, then this program is for you!

What is Stepping Forward?

Stepping forward is a 4-week “jump start” weight loss and wellness program that includes a personalized nutrition plan, a personalized fitness program, tools for positive behavior change, and a  weekly low-impact fitness class plus support group.

This program will help you create a practical, personalized action plan to optimize fitness, health, and weight loss you can continue all year long!

When and where?

  • February 18 - March 13
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. OR 1:00 p.m - 2:00 p.m.
  • Klotsche Center

*Recommended to attend both Tuesdays and Thursdays. Pick the time that works best for you!

How much will it cost me?

$25 for the 4-week program.
