Engineers Without Borders-USA is a non-profit humanitarian organization established to partner with developing communities worldwide in order to improve their quality of life. This partnership involves the implementation of sustainable engineering projects, while involving and training internationally responsible engineers and engineering students.

At the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, students in Engineers Without Borders have the opportunity to participate in projects such as steel/concrete bridges, water filtration/supply systems, computer setup/training, solar power systems in developing communities. Read more.

Welcome back! The 2011-2012 academic year has commenced and we will be busy working on our project in Vitostix and Vijolom III, Guatemala. The first membership meeting was September 27th at 7.30PM at EMS E295, and if you'd like to get involved with EWB@UWM, please e-mail us to see how you can get involved! We also have office hours at the Alan Kulwicki Memorial Center (EMS 171) on Mondays from 2-3PM, so feel free to stop by and talk to us!
