Strategic Game Club New Member Form

To become a member of the strategic game club, all that we require is that you submit your contact information. If you are a UWM student, please be sure to include your UWM email address, so that we can verify your student status.

We will not share your information, except with our text message list provider in order to add you to our mailing list (if you elect to join that list). Specifically, we will not publish or store this information on the web site. The information you submit here is passed through a CGI script and placed into an email to the vice president, but is not stored on the web.

If you're not comfortable submitting your information by web form, you can also include this information in an email, sent to gameclub@uwm.edu.
