Team captains are chosen each season for the club based on their decision making ability and their ability to work with, motivate and lead their team. As much as possible the coaches try to leave the on-field decision making to the team captains...it's a difficult role to accept at first, but it makes for a more dynamic and responsive team for the effort. |

Wisconsin U-19 and U-23 Select Side |
| |
|
Players with this logo have either been selected to the Wisconsin Rugby Football Union's U-19 or U-23 Select Side. Wisconsin Select Side players are are chosen from all of the prespective clubs within the union as players that show great ability. They are invited to camps and tryouts, and eventually are selected to compete for the Wisconsin RFU in the Midwest LAU Tournament against the Select Teams of the Midewest. |

UW-Milwaukee is a renown educational insitution and draws a large number of out of state students. These players, like their Wisconsin contemporaries, have participated in Select Side rugby for the Minnesota Rugby Union. |

Midwest U-19 and U-23 Select Side |
| |
|
The Midwest Select Sides are one step up from the Wisconsin and Minnesota Select Sides. Players for this level are generally chosen from the pool of athletes that that comprise the Local Area Union Select Sides. The Midwest Territory is one of just seven Territories that compete at the Inter Territorial Tournament (ITT) or National All-Star Competition (NASC). At the U-19 level, the Midwest is one of just four Territories to compete at the NASC. |

USA Rugby U-19 and U-23 Eagles |

|
This very select group of athletes are chosen from the athletes who have competed at the Midwest (Territorial) level, and are chosen to represent USA Rugby on international tours. Selection to this level is among the highest honors in rugby. It places you as one of the top 25 or 30 players in the country. |
