Details:      Update January 22, 2013 08:30 a.m: The issue with the pantherLINK infrastructure has been identified and steps are being taken to complete the resolution. At this time pantherLINK services are performing as expected. If issues arise a new alert will be posted.

Update January 17, 2013 at 4:00 pm:
UITS technical staff, in conjunction with the technical staff from the vendors, have identified the underlying issues causing degraded performance for pantherLINK. These teams have developed a plan and are in the process of implementing it. During the implementation, service degradation for pantherLINK and other services is not anticipated. As part of the implementation, technical staff from UITS and the vendors will monitor services and respond as quickly as possible should degradation occur. Service degradation with pantherLINK continues. Technical staff are working with the vendors to resolve the issue. There is no anticipated resolution time.

The pantherLINK email and calendar service is experiencing intermittent slow response times for all functionality. Individuals may experience slow response times when logging in, viewing email and calendars, sending email, setting up meetings, etc. Technical staff is working on resolving the issue.
